C-PAF (Carbamyl-Platelet-Activating-Factor) is a non-hydrolyzable bioactive analog of PAF used a chemical tool to determine the biological processes of PAF including stimulating human neutrophils and cause cultured retinal endothelial cell death in rats. Stimulates neutrophil degranulation responses, but resists metabolic inactivation by acetylhydrolase
